Scrap is a term for severely damaged containers. These containers would be expected to have delaminated flooring. This means that the strong coating on the surfaces which prevents any type of moisture from soaking into the wood will cause rot or decay. Over time, the sealant will break up and the layers of flooring can begin to peel and flake off.

Scrap Containers could also have damaged door mechanical. The rods and cams can be bent or damage rendering it to be difficult to open. Another problem on Scrap would be punctures and gouges.
